GATESVILLE (February 27, 2013)—A Gatesville man was being held Wednesday in the Coryell County Jail charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after police say he attacked his cousin with a belt buckle.
Jacob Robert Frazho, 18, was ordered held on a $100,000 bond charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Gatesville police say Frazho was arrested in connection with a Tuesday morning incident at a residence in the 2100 block of Saunders Ave., during which another man was beaten with a large western-style belt buckle.
Police said the victim was struck several times in the face and head during the altercation.
Frazo also was taken to Coryell Memorial Hospital for treatment of a cut on his hand that he sustained during the fight.
