BARTLETT (March 1, 2013)--The Bartlett ISD Board of Trustees accepted the resignation of Superintendent Brett Springston at a meeting Wednesday, a spokesperson confirmed Friday.
Springston has served in that position for just over a year.
He plans to retire to spend more time with his family, he told the board.
Springston is expected to serve out the remainder of the school year.
