BELL COUNTY (September 21, 2012)-- I-35 southbound and northbound mainlanes will be closed on Monday to allow crews to demolish the existing Loop 121 bridge in Belton.
Traffic will be detoured to the frontage road at exit 292.
All eastbound and westbound lanes will also be closed at Loop 121 over I-35, along with the Hwy. 190 eastbound exit ramp to Connell Street and Main Street southbound under Hwy. 190.
Traffic will be diverted to the frontage roads and signs will be in place to alert drivers to their detour route.
Lane closures will begin at 7 p.m. and are expected to open by 7 a.m. or earlier, weather permitting.
