BELLMEAD (January 15, 2013)--The Holiday Inn brand has been ranked “Highest in Guest Satisfaction Among Mid-Scale Full Service Hotel Chains” in the J.D. Power and Associates’ annual North American Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index Study.
This was the second year in a row the chain earned the distinction.
The Holiday Inn-Waco Northwest was one of the hotels included in the study.
To receive the ranking, hotels must receive a high score in reservation, check-in/check-out, guest room, food and beverage, hotel services, hotel facilities and costs and fees.
The Waco hotel is located at 1801 Development Blvd in Bellmead.
