BELTON (November 22, 2012)—Visitors to the Bell County Museum in Belton will have a chance to make their own Christmas ornaments from noon until 4 p.m. on Dec. 8.
The free event includes hot holiday punch, cookies and music.
Visitors can craft rustic bandana stars, balls and also a cowboy lasso ornament, the museum said.
“Since so much of our local history is tied to our western roots, these darling ornaments are perfect for any Texas Christmas tree. But the best part of the workshop is the fun time that is shared when friends and family make the ornaments together,” Stephanie Turnham, museum director, said,
