BELTON (August 22, 2012)—Michael Lamar Nance, 19, was in the Bell County Jail Wednesday, charged with two counts of tattoos prohibited for persons under 18 in an incident in which two 15-year-old girls received tattoos at a house in Belton.

His bonds were set at $2,500 on each count, according to online jail records.

Nance was arrested Tuesday in Belton after police investigated a complaint received on Aug. 6 that two 15-year-old girls had received tattoos at a house in the 500 block of Marshall Drive.

The complaint alleged that two 17-year-olds also got tattoos at the same time, police said.
