BELTON (November 9, 2012)--Four employees of the Belton Fire Department will receive awards Saturday for “Firefighter of the Year” and “EMT of the Year.”
Two groups will recognize the men.
The Heart of Texas Chapter of Sons of the American Revolution will recognize Clayton Postert as Firefighter of the Year while Clayton King will be recognized as EMT of the year.
That ceremony will be held Saturday at The Gin at 11:30 a.m.
The Temple Elks Lodge will honor Capt. Kris Morgan as its Firefighter/Medic of the Year and Lt. Wesley Gilbreath will be honored as Firefighter of the Year.
That ceremony is slated for November 17 at 7:30 p.m. at Temple Elks Lodge.
