BELTON (September 18, 2012)--The groundbreaking for a new elementary school that was scheduled for Wednesday has been rescheduled for Monday.
School officials said the change was due to site conditions.
The event is scheduled for 9 a.m. at FM 2483 and Hwy. 317.
