BELTON (November 29, 2012)--Aware Central Texas will host their annual fundraiser Christmas on the Farm which will include a barn dance this year.
On Saturday, Santa will head south to join the community in a day full of fun activities for all ages.
From 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. families can enjoy pony rides, hayrides, tractor races, petting zoo, puppet show, games, crafts and shopping at the country store and book store.
There is no admission fee but some activities may cost a small fee.
The fun inside the Bell County Expo Arena will continue with a $5 barn dance from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m.
Donations will help pay for a parenting or anger management class for adults, aiding in the prevention of child abuse.
Music will be provided by the Stars Over Texas Jamboree Band & Singers and an auction from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. will give community members a chance to bid on women’s western boots, a ladies leather jacket, and Christmas gifts for the kids like a child’s guitar, bicycle and large wooden dollhouse.
