BUCKHOLTS (February 19, 2013)--The Buckholts High School boys' varsity basketball team appeared for the first time in basketball playoffs since 1993 on Monday.
The game was the first round of the Class 1A playoffs and the Badgers won 76-48 against Jonesboro.
Friday night, the team will face La Marque-Premier in the second round of the playoffs in Hempstead at 7 p.m.
Admission for students is $3 and $5 for adults.
