COPPERAS COVE (November 20, 2012)--A Missouri man was being held Tuesday in the Coryell County Jail after he was arrested on outstanding warrants from two other states.
Michael Paul Roy, 49, was ordered held on bonds totaling $50,000 set by Coryell County Justice of the Peace Bill Price.
Copperas Cove police arrested Roy at about 10:30 p.m. on Friday in the 700 block of N. Third St., after they discovered he was named in fugitive warrants from Missouri and Kansas.
Upon his arrest Roy provided identification with the same birth date but in another name, the police report shows.
The warrants issued in Marshall County, Kansas, name Roy on charges of possession of marijuana with the intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, no tax stamp and possession of marijuana.
Warrants from St. Louis County, Missouri, name Roy on charges of burglary and possession of burglary tools.
