COPPERAS COVE (March 1, 2013)--Frames and Things will host its "First Friday" celebration Friday at its location in Cove Terrace Shopping Center.
Art After Dark will take place from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. and will feature art, live music, wine, and food.
The monthly event is celebrated across the nation the first Friday of each month.
A new theme is featured each month and March's theme is repurposed art and water colors.
"We take sound objects and refigure it into art. It's pretty cool," Frames and Things owner Robert Weidinger said.
Featured artists for March include Joan Kelley, Criselda Kelley and Millie Caywood and music will be provided by Ronnie Caywood.
The event caters to adults and is free of charge.
