FORT HOOD (September 19, 2012)--A ceremony Thursday will honor former prisoners of war and military members who are missing in action.
A special wreath-laying ceremony will take place at the Ex-POW Memorial which is located in front of Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center.
The ceremony begins at 9 a.m.
