FORT HOOD (October 22, 2012)—Firefighters are gearing up for Tuesday’s Pink Heals tour.
Carl R. Darnall Medical Center is hosting the event from 11:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Clear Creek Post Exchange.
Firefighters will be wearing pink turnout gear and will drive a pink fire truck.
Cancer fighters and survivors are invited out to sign the truck.
Each year the “Guardians of the Ribbon” drive across the country to deliver a message of hope and support to all cancer victims.
