FORT HOOD (January 29, 2013)--Texas government officials will interact with soldiers Friday during Texas Legislative Day.
The day-long event will bring legislators to various training areas on post where they will learn some of the complex requirements of combat.
Government officials will get an up-close look at a soldier's life at work.
The event is being hosted by III Corps and Fort Hood Commander Lt. Gen. Mark A. Milley.
