Fort Hood: Soldier Arrested On Post Held In Local County Jail

A Fort Hood soldier was in the Bell County Jail Thursday where he’s held on suspicion of attempted rape and attempted murder.

FORT HOOD (October 11, 2012)--Fort Hood Spc. Christian S. Holley, who lists a home address in Elgin, was held in the Bell County Jail Thursday on suspicion of attempted rape, suspicion of attempted murder and conveying a threat to another person.

Bell County Jail records indicate he was booked into the facility on Oct, 10 and according to the online jail log he is held on an unknown offense and murder.

III Corps and Fort Hood public affairs officer Christopher Haug said military police arrested Holley on post.

He was transferred to the Bell County Jail for detention.

No bonds have yet been set.

Haug said the attempted murder happened on Fort Hood, but said the other two offenses did not.

He had no information on when the offenses occurred or on the victim or victims.

Holley is assigned to 2nd Battalion, 38th Cavalry Regiment, 504th Battlefield Surveillance Brigade.
