HARKER HEIGHTS (November 26, 2012)--Author Susan Stevens Crummel and Illustrator Janet Stevens will give presentations to elementary students about the process of writing and illustrating a story.
The pair will visit Harker Heights Elementary School on Tuesday and Wednesday to talk about their picture books.
Notable books include one of Time Magazine’s top 10 ranked children’s books in 2008 and the 2010 winner of the Texas Bluebonnet Award “Help Me, Mr. Mutt!” and “The Great Fuzz Frenzy” which won the Bill Martin, Jr. Picture Book Award and 10 state awards.
