HARKER HEIGHTS (October 9, 2012)—Reports of a suspicious man near a shopping area at around 12 p.m. Monday in Harker Heights led to a police search of the area.
Harker Heights officer were sent to the Cash Store on Knight's Way just off Highway 190 after employees reported that a suspicious man was hanging around and looking into the store.
Officers searched the area and found nothing, but are still looking into the incident.
Investigators are asking anyone who knows anything about the man or who spots a suspicious car or person to call the Harker Heights Police Department at (254) 699-7600.
