Killeen: Man Who Fired At Local Nightclub Manager Sought

KILLEEN (January 15, 2014) Police continue to look for a man who took a shot at the manager of a Killeen nightclub, who took cover and returned fire.

The incident occurred early in the morning on Dec. 15 in the 100 block of West Veterans Memorial Blvd. in Killeen after a man caused a disturbance and then threatened to shoot someone as he was removed from the club.

A short time later, when the manager walked out of the building,, the man, known as “V” or Vic, was standing in the road.

When he saw the club manager, he pulled out a gun at fired at him, police said.

The man ran north on 2nd Street after the manager took cover and returned fire, police said.

The man for whom police are looking is between 5-foot-8 and 5-foot-10, weighs about 190 pounds, and was last seen wearing a gray and white Yankees ball cap, a white tank top and light colored blue jeans.

He’s known to drive both a blue Mercedes and a yellow Dodge Charger, police said.
