KILLEEN (October 18, 2012)—Killeen police released a security photo Thursday of a man who’s wanted in a shooting on Sept. 7 that sent the victim to a local hospital.
The shooting happened just after midnight on Sept. 7 in the parking lot of the Wall Street Club in the 600 block of Elms Road in Killeen.
The 27-year-old victim, whose name has not been released, was shot in the abdomen and was airlifted to Scott & White Hospital in Temple.
He and other witnesses told officers that the man, whom they know only as “Butter,” fired several rounds outside of a white vehicle and then fled.
Investigators are asking anyone with information about the man in the photo to call Killeen Crime Stoppers at (254) 526-TIPS.
