KILLEEN (March 15, 2013)--Vista College in Killeen is celebrating the grand opening of their new Cosmetology Clinic and Salon Tuesday.

Cosmetology students, under the direction of course instructors, will provide a variety of services to the public including: haircuts, shampoos, color, up-dos, braids and basic weaving services.

Of the 66 students in the program, 21 will be working the floor.

The services will be offered at a lower rate while students get hands-on experience.

Hours of operation will be Tuesdays through Thursdays from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. and on Fridays from 9:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.

The grand opening celebration will be on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.

The college campus is located at 1001 S. Fort Hood Street.
