LORENA (January 3, 2013)--I-35 northbound on the east side frontage road between West FM 2837/Old Lorena Road and Moonlight Drive in Hewitt will be northbound only, while drivers headed south will be directed to a newly constructed frontage road.
The frontage road switch in McLennan County is weather permitting and is expected to begin Monday.
The existing frontage road will be demolished as part of the I-35 expansion project.
