LOTT (November 6, 2012)—A boil water notice that was issued for City of Lott water customers has been rescinded.
The City of Lott was requiring all water customers to boil their water prior to consumption last week after a water line break.
The break occurred when construction crews accidentally broke a water line on Creek Road.
The city says water is now safe for consumption without boiling it.
