MCGREGOR (August 31, 2012)--Customer Contact Channels confirmed Friday the creation of approximately 175 jobs at their facility.
The company, also known as C3, said they plan to hire customer service representatives for their call center, as well as quality assurance personnel and supervisors.
The company opened a year ago and has already brought hundreds of jobs to the city.
From July of this year until now close to 300 people have been hired, Site Director Suzette Mansfield said.
The positions being offered are permanent and seasonal.
C3 offers outsourced customer management solutions, primarily in health care.
