MEXIA (August 30, 2012)-A 8-year-old killed in a car accident Sunday will be honored at a candlelight vigil on Thursday.
T'aevon Johnson (T.T.) was riding in the car when the accident happened, killinh him and leaving two others in the ICU.
He played in the Mexia Little League program and was involved with the pee-wee football program as well.
His family and friends describe him as "a very energetic boy with a magnetic personality and a huge, heart-warming smile."
The community of Mexia has rallied around the family to support them, including a candlelight vigil on Thursday night.
The vigil is scheduled for 8 p.m. at the Little League baseball field.
