ROSEBUD (August 13, 2012)--Rosebud police say they are close to making arrests in a break-in at the First Baptist Church, which was vandalized earlier this month.
Police Chief Kenneth Proctor said charges could be filed later this week against several suspects.
Vandals broke into the building a little more than a week ago and did $6,500 damage to the pastor’s office and other parts of the building.
They draw satanic and gang symbols on walls, which were left marked with upside down crosses and pentagrams.
They also broke some windows.
Proctor said that besides facing burglary charges, the suspects could be charged with criminal mischief and vandalism.
