(October 9, 2012)--Local residents are reporting a scam in which the caller asked for residents' address to send out new Medicare cards.
Medicare says they are not sending out new cards.
Foreign accents and asking for personal information are warning signs you could be the potential victim of a scam.
To report a scam, contact the Better Business Bureau or your local police department.
