TEMPLE (September 5, 2012)-Congressman John Carter will speak at the Panda Power Funds groundbreaking ceremony on Thursday.
The Panda Power Funds were formed in April 2010 to develop and invest in natural gas power generation and solar energy projects, the company's website says.
The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. at Synergy Industrial Park located at 2892 Panda Drive.
