TEMPLE (July 5, 2012)--A woman who police say was having a fight with her boyfriend got into her vehicle and used it to ram another car while her unsecured toddler rode with her.
Temple police Sgt. Brad Hunt said Dorothy Adele Joecks, 28, of Temple, was arrested just after 8:15 p.m. Wednesday after officers were sent to a house in the 700 block of Green Pasture Drive.
The vehicle that was rammed was not occupied, Hunt said.
Joecks was arrested for endangering a child and with criminal mischief, Hunt said.
Both Joeck's vehicle and the other vehicle sustained major damage, Hunt said.
The child, who was not in a car seat, was placed in the custody of Child Protective Services.
