WACO (May 2, 2013) - Waco police have the suspect’s truck but are still looking for the suspect in the thefts of at least two flatbed trailers.

On Sunday, a man reported that his trailer was stolen from off Lake Shore Drive.

He described a suspicious truck to police and provided a picture.

Police say the man is a volunteer who helped with the West recovery efforts.

That picture was posted on a Facebook page for Waco Police Department Neighborhood Services Detectives and within about an hour, the truck was located along with a trailer.

Police believe that trailer was stolen as well, but don’t think it’s the one that belongs to the original complainant.

Officers are now asking for anyone with information about the thefts to call (254) 750-7500.
