WACO (January 15, 2013)—David William Sirbasku, 48, who was arrested twice in less than a week at a house in an upscale neighborhood just outside of Waco, has been served with an eviction notice.

McLennan County Constable Curt Donaldson confirmed he served the notice at the home at 8465 North Rock Creek Rd., in Bosqueville where Sirbasku was most recently arrested over the weekend after a family member reported a trespasser on the property.

Sirbasku has six days to respond or he’ll be served with a writ of possession.

He can be removed from the house forcibly 24 hours after the writ is served, authorities said.

The eviction notice was sought by Lisa Fletcher of Arabians Ltd., on behalf of Sirbasku’s aging mother.

Sirbasku is the son of late Waco businessman Jim Sirbasku, the CEO of Profiles International, who died in February 2010.

He also owned Arabians Ltd., an Egyptian-Arabian horse farm adjacent to the house.

David Sirbasku was first arrested last Thursday after deputies raided the home where deputies were sent on Dec. 29 after a 28-year-old woman was found dead in a bathtub.

The woman, whom authorities identified as Lauren Darby, evidently suffered a drug overdose and drowned.

Nearly a dozen officers served the warrant and recovered crystal methamphetamine and heroin, along with drug paraphernalia.

Sirbasku later posted a $10,000 bond on that charge and was released.

Then deputies who sent to the house over the weekend in response to the report of a trespasser found a man and two women using both methamphetamine and heroin and found more drugs in plain sight, McLennan County Chief Deputy Matt Cawthon said.

After the three were arrested and taken to jail, officers took a closer look at a cast that Sirbasku was wearing and found more drugs, he said.

He was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance in a penal institution.

Sirbasku posted a $9,000 bond and was released Sunday morning.

Megan Dixon and Wendy Elwood, the two Waco-area women who were arrested with him, also posted bonds and were released on Sunday.
