WACO (March 1, 2013)--A man originally arrested by Waco police in January and charged with aggravated assault is racking up indecent exposure charges while behind bars.
Damian Warner, 22, has been in the McLennan County Jail since Jan. 16 in lieu of $100,000 bond and since then he’s been charged with indecent exposure five times after exposing himself to jail staffers, McLennan County Sheriff's Capt. Bubba Collier said Friday.
The charge in the fifth incident was pending Friday, Collier said.
