WACO (November 18, 2013) A Waco man who was arrested in an apartment complex parking lot and charged with burglary of a motor vehicle in October was back in custody over the weekend, charged with the same offense.
Officers arrested Angelo Martin Lopez, 20, early Sunday morning after responding to a report of a motor vehicle burglary in progress in the parking lot of an apartment complex at 815 Rambler Dr., Waco police Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton said Monday.
Officers determined that two vehicles had been broken into and recovered stolen items including jewelry and cash, Swanton said.
Lopez was arrested early in the morning on October 10 after a report of motor vehicle break-ins at an apartment complex at 6800 Tennyson, Swanton said.
Officers determined at least three vehicles were broken into.
Lopez was charged with three counts of burglary of a motor vehicle in connection with that incident, Swanton said.
