WACO (March 5, 2013)--A Waco man was held Tuesday in the McLennan County Jail after police arrested him in connection with a break-in at his ex-wife's home.
Guillermo Carreon, 44, was facing a burglary of a habitation charge Tuesday, according to online jail records.
Waco police Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton said officers were sent at around 1 p.m. Monday to an address in South Waco after a woman called to report a man had kicked down the door of her home.
The woman had retreated to a bedroom to call police and then reported the man was kicking down the door to the bedroom.
When officers arrived they found a man still inside the home and arrested him.
It was not clear if the woman was assaulted or suffered any injury, Swanton said.
