WACO (August 20, 2012)--A Waco man posted bond and was released from the McLennan County Jail after he was arrested and charged with indecency with a child.
Kelvin Ray Napps, 48, was arrested Aug. 15 at his north Waco residence.
Waco police Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton said a girl younger than 5-years-old reported to her mother she was inappropriately touched at her home.
The mother reported the incident to police.
Napps posted a $20,000 bond on Aug. 13 and was released.
