WACO (February 21, 2013)--A Waco man was sentenced to serve six prison sentences Thursday after he pleaded guilty to a range of charges.
State District Judge Matt Johnson sentenced Robert A. Mondragon to serve 27 years for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, 8 years for possession of marijuana enhanced, 8 years for theft from a person, 10 years for evading arrest with a vehicle, 8 years for evading arrest with a prior conviction and 10 years for possession of methamphetamine.
Johnson then ordered the sentences served concurrently.
Two of the charges relate to events that happened in 2011, the other four cases relate to incidents from 2012, court records show.
Mondragon was arrested by Waco police and has been held in the McLennan County Jail since
