WACO (July 26, 2012)--Waco police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man they say walked into Providence Health Center early Wednesday morning and stole almost $10,000 worth of computer equipment.
A around 1 a.m. Wednesday security cameras at the hospital recorded the man entering the hospital's Information Technology department from which he took seven laptop computers, two docking stations, an iPad and two external hard drives valued at an estimated $9,700. Waco police Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton said.
Investigators are asking anyone who recognizes the man to call Waco Crime Stoppers at (254) 753-HELP.
