WACO (September 20, 2012)—Police were looking Thursday for two men who tried to rob a North Waco convenience store.
The two men entered the store at 3225 Hillcrest at around 1 p.m. Thursday and one displayed a handgun, as they demanded money from the clerk.
The clerk was unable to open the cash register and the two men fled empty-handed.
They were last seen running towards North 32nd Street.
No one was injured.
