WACO (February 4, 2013)--A 15-year-old Waco boy was held in the Bill Logue Juvenile Detention Center Monday, charged in the sexual assault of an underage girl.
The boy, whose name was not released because of his age, is accused of having sex with a girl who was younger than 14 on Dec. 12, 2012 at a Waco residence, police Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton said Monday.
Swanton said the young girl became pregnant as a result of the assault.
The girl reported the incident to officials at Waco High School who in turn reported it to police.
