WACO (July 4, 2014) A man and a woman remained in the McLennan County Jail Friday charged with four counts of burglary of a motor vehicle in connection with a series of break-ins in a Waco neighborhood.

Stacey Marie Billings, 28, and Vincent James Foster, 29, were both ordered held in lieu of $8,000 bond, charged in connection with four vehicle burglaries, Waco police Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton said.

Police were sent at around 3:30 a.m. Wednesday to an address in the 10000 block of Valencia Drive where a caller reported he saw a man and a woman break into his vehicle.

When officers arrived they found evidence that four vehicles had been burglarized in the immediate area.
