Waco police were looking for a hit-and-run driver Wednesday after a woman in motorized wheelchair was struck in a supermarket parking lot.

WACO (October 24, 2012)—Waco police were looking for a hit-and-run driver Wednesday after a woman in a motorized wheelchair was struck in the parking lot of the H-E-B store at 3801 North 19th St. in Waco.

The driver backed into the woman and then took off, police said.

The woman, who was not identified, complained of ankle pain, but was not seriously injured.

She later went into the store to do her shopping.
