WACO (September 26, 2012)--Waco-made theatrical film “Sironia” will open at the Hollywood Jewel 16 beginning Thursday.
The film follows a talented musician who moves to a small town in Texas after getting beaten down by Hollywood.
The film is directed by Austin resident Brandon Dickerson.
An actor question-and-answer session will follow the movie showings that begin at 6:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
A free live musical performance by Wes Cunningham, who stars in the film, is scheduled for 9:30 p.m. Thursday at Common Grounds on South 8th Street in Waco.
