WACO (October 1, 2012)--The annual Heart of Texas Fair & Rodeo Parade is Tuesday.
Beginning at 6 p.m. in downtown Waco, the parade will mark the start of the Heart of Texas Fair & Rodeo October 4-13.
The parade will begin at Martin Luther King Blvd. and Franklin Avenue and will continue down Franklin to 9th Street.
Activities include musical entertainment, exhibits, vendors, a livestock show, carnival, rides, food and the All American ProRodeo.
The fun takes place at the Extraco Events Center in Waco.
