WACO (March 1, 2013)--Money will be raised to benefit Mission Waco Saturday as runners run a mile, stopping for chili on the way.
Runners will meet on the Baylor campus around 7 a.m. to register, run a mile up Speight Street, stopping in at Vitek’s BBQ to enjoy a Frito Pie before crossing the finish line.
The event will begin at Fountain Mall.
This is the second year for the event which raises money for Mission Waco, an organization that works to benefit the poor.
