WACO (September 11, 2012)--Veterans at Baylor University distributed yellow ribbons in remembrance of 9/11 Tuesday.
More than 70 former military members attend the university.
Baylor University also supports veterans through a support group called Veteran Education and Transitional Services (VETS).
VETS has an education psychology doctoral student on site who serves as a transitional coach for those who need assistance.
Both organizations were established by Faculty Advisor Dr. Janet Bagby who is the wife of a former Air Force officer and mother of two children who are active-duty military members.
