WACO (November 7, 2012)--Veterans will head back to school Thursday for Rapoport Academy’s “Take a Vet to School Day.”
Sponsored by Time Warner Cable and The History Channel, veterans from VFW William B. Moody Memorial Post 2034 and the surrounding Waco area will participate in a breakfast in the Dunham Creative Arts Center, share comments and also eat lunch with middle school students.
The event will last from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the academy, located at 1020 Elm Avenue.
