WACO (December 6, 2012)--The Heart of Texas Feral Friends is hosting a “Feral Cat Winter Shelter Building Workshop” along with a low-cost vaccination clinic Sunday.

The workshop will teach interested attendees how to easily construct structures to keep roaming cats warm this winter.

Organizers will talk with attendees about the Trap-Neuter-Return program and while the workshop is free, donations will be accepted.

Attendees are encouraged to bring their own supplies like hay, tape, bungee cords and extra large plastic storage bins, though some supplies will be available until they run out.

It all takes place in the parking lot of the Animal Birth Control Clinic from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

The clinic is located at 3238 Clay Ave.
