WEST (December 7, 2012)—A man was in the McLennan County Jail Friday after police say a small amount marijuana was delivered to a minor near a school campus in West.
Damion Richards, 20, was arrested on a warrant while on his way to work, a West police officer said.
The buyer was younger than 18.
Richards was booked into jail on a delivery of marijuana charge and was awaiting bond Friday afternoon.
