Santa Fe Soup - Fast & Easy
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 package of Taco or Burrito Seasoning Mix
  • 2 cans of Ranch Style Beans
  • 2 cans of Bush’s Pinto Beans
  • 2 cans of Pork & Beans
  • 2 cans of whole kernel corn
  • 2 cans of Rotel Tomatoes
  • 2 cans of tomato sauce

    Directions:
    Cook meat until done. Add the Seasoning Mix with about ¼ cup of water and simmer till most of the water is gone.

    Open all of your can goods and put them in a big pot.

    Add the seasoned beef and cook on low until everything is hot.

    Serve with cornbread, tortilla chips or crackers.

    If you are making for 1 or 2 people, you can ½ the recipe.
