Julie’s Grandma's Italian Chicken
Ingredients Needed:
Frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Olive oil Pepper
Onion, sliced
Green bell pepper, sliced
1 can Italian tomatoes (they come with oregano, basil, etc.)
Garlic powder
Slices of mozzarella cheese
Directions:
In a large skillet with lid, lightly brown the chicken on both sides in olive oil, seasoning with black pepper and garlic powder.

Top chicken with sliced onions and peppers and let it cook a while, until the onions and peppers begin to soften.

Add tomatoes on top of chicken, then put the lid on, reduce heat to low and cook about 20-30 more minutes.

To serve, put a slice of mozzarella cheese on top of each chicken breast.
